- Reinforcement — Classification & Credit. NAICS codes and a real business credit profile.
- Protection — Intellectual Property. Copyright, trademark, and contracts that safeguard what you've built.
- Inspection — Metrics & KPIs. The numbers that confirm the structure is sound before you scale.
You don't have to start at phase one. You have to start at the last phase you can honestly say is finished, which is further back than most owners would like to admit.
